I recently visited the Sussex Prairie Garden near Henfield for the first time and I loved the visual impact of swathes of pretty, delicate flowers against tall grasses with sturdy stems and feathery seed heads. Somehow, the photos I took captured none of the magic I could see with my own eyes so I focused on close-ups of the brilliant colours and amazing textures of individual flowers.
